This workflow explains how admins manage categories, sub-categories, and sub-sub categories inside the RMS.
Add Category
- Click New Category
- Enter Category Name
- Add Description
- Set Status (Active / Inactive)
- Save the category
Edit Category
- Click Edit
- Update name, description, or status
- Save changes
View Category
- Shows details of category
- Lists its sub categories and sub-sub categories
Delete Category
- Click Delete
- Confirm deletion
- Category is removed
Add Sub Category
- Click Add Sub Category
- Enter name, description, total experience
- Save
- Repeat to add unlimited sub categories
Add Sub Sub Category
- Inside each Sub Category, click Add Sub Sub Category
- Enter name, description, total experience
- Select Target Companies
- Save
- Add unlimited sub-sub categories as needed
Summary
Admins can create and maintain a complete multi-level taxonomy of:
- Categories
- Sub Categories
- Sub Sub Categories
used across JD Creation, Profile Articulation and Candidate Profiles.
